Classic Converse All-Stars have withstood the test of time. While they may not be at the forefront of athletic shoes anymore, they are just as prominent today as they were 60 years ago. Ever since my brother started drum lessons at the beginning of the summer, he's been begging for a pair of lo-tops. He finally got them this weekend as he was doing his back-to-school shopping.
That's more like it! These are my Chucks from high school. I wore them nearly every day of freshman and sophomore year. These shoes have seen better days but they have character.

I love the old school Converse! We saw a car (one of these square cube cars) that was painted like a converse box! So fun!
